Mrs. Bobbie Feraco

Preschool Director

I am a child of God, wife, and mother of 3.  I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from William Peace University and my NC Early Childhood Credentials. Prior to becoming Director here at Gorman, I have worked as a teacher assistant in the public schools, lead teacher for several years in childcare, and as an assistant director in a local Christian preschool.  I believe that God calls us to ministry as Christian school educators and administrators.  Each child that is in our school is placed here with a purpose and we are missioned to help that purpose be achieved.

Favorite Bible Verse: " The Lord Himself goes before you and will be with you; He will never leave you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged." Deuteronomy 31:8

Miss Kathleen Thompson

Kookaburra's Class Lead Teacher

I am a believer, student, and nerd.  I have a bachelor of Arts in English degree from College at South Eastern.  I have worked with children since I was 13 years old, as either a Sunday school teacher, in other preschools, and as a nanny.  I love reading, art, and watching children have a "light bulb" moment.  I think God has called everyone to a ministry and He has called me to children!

Favorite Bible Verse: "The Lord your God is in your midst, A Victorious Warrior. He will exult over you with joy, He will be quiet in His love, He will rejoice over you with shouts of joy." Zephaniah 3:17

Mrs. Litia Ross

Blue Jay's Class Lead Teacher

I am a wife and a mother of 3 amazing children.  I have been working in Early Childhood Education for over 20 years and I am excited to bring my experience to Gorman.  I believe that God gives each of us a gift and that my gift is teaching young children.

Favorite Bible Verse: "For His anger endureth but a moment, in His favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, joy cometh in the morning" Psalm 30:5
